Selenium ACE

SELENIUM ACE is a formula containing the antioxidants selenium, vitamin A from betacarotene, vitamin C and vitamin E. Antioxidants help to reduce the damaging effects of free radicals in our body.

Selenium is a component of a natural antioxidant found in our body, glutathione peroxidase. Selenium has been found to recycle Vitamin C and E. SELENIUM ACE contains selenium in the form of selenomethionine. This organic form of selenium is better because it is better absorbed, more potent and safer compared to the inorganic form (eg sodium selenite or selenate) which can be toxic.
Vitamin A, C and E work together with selenium to protect the body from free radical attacks.
