WOMEN'S FORMULA 1 is a combination of phytoestrogen used for the temporary relief of symptoms associated with menopause. These herbs help to bring about a normal oestrogen / progesterone balance. As the hormones come into balance, the body can adapt to the changes better, resulting in a more comfortable transition into menopause.

The phytoestrogen used in WOMEN'S FORMULA 1 are:
• Vitex — results in more regular menstrual cycle, eases transition to menopause with less heavy bleeding
• Black Cohosh — clinically shown to relieve menopausal symptoms, especially in reducing hot flushes
• Wild Yam — helps to balance the oestrogen / progesterone ratio in the body, reduces water retention and relaxes the muscles and nerves
• Licorice — exerts a balancing effect on oestrogen and progesterone
• Hops — tones & calms nerves; brings relief to stress, nervousness and insomnia associated with menopause
