Glucosamine sulfate, chondroitin sulfate and MSM have been shown to reduce pain and improve joint function in individuals with osteoarthritis.
In addition, glucosamine and chondroitin sulfates protect the joints by inhibiting cartilage breakdown and stimulating new cartilage formation.

Dosage:
Dissolve the tablet in a glass of 100-150ml of water and drink immediately.
Tablet should be taken 15-30 minutes before meal.
Mild or moderate osteoarthritic symptoms: 1-2 tablets daily for at least 8 weeks.
Severe osteoarthritic symptoms:
- Initial therapy: 1 tablet 2 times daily for at least 3 weeks.
- Follow-up therapy: 1 tablet daily for additional 3-4 months.
